Natural Lands seeks a part-time, 20-hour-per-week Development Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor events and relationship advancement from our Media, PA headquarters. The role emphasizes high-quality internal/external service and collaboration across the Development Department.

The position requires experience in fundraising or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and logistic details for events and donor engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative, project coordination, or fundraising support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to aesthetics and format.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with donors and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, virtual meeting tools, and databases; ability to learn fundraising software.

Responsabilités

• Support Donor Relations by assisting with day-to-day activities to elevate donor engagement and moves management.
• Coordinate donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities and related communications.
• Maintain library of standing communications and up-to-date donor news for staff sharing.
• Manage donor appreciation gifts and meeting logistics for donor/prospect engagements.
• Record donor actions in Raiser's Edge or similar databases.
• Assist with development events logistics, registrations, nametags, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide support for Stardust fundraising event preparation and vendor coordination.
