Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in individual giving, annual giving, or nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience supporting fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship activities.
• Major gift fundraising experience is preferred.
• Experience using donor CRM systems.
• Familiarity with fundraising analytics, reporting, and donor segmentation.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and digital fundraising tools.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective relationships.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention of individual donors.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgment processes and ongoing stewardship activities.
• Respond to donor inquiries and maintain donor relationships.
• Assist in preparing donor communications and fundraising materials.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefings.
• Assist in developing solicitation strategies and proposal materials.
• Coordinate donor meetings and manage follow-up activities.
• Coordinate annual and special fundraising campaigns across channels.
• Develop and maintain campaign timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist with the preparation of campaign communications and related materials.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM and prepare fundraising reports.
• Track key performance metrics and assist with donor segmentation and data analysis.
• Help ensure data integrity and accuracy of donor data.
• Research and evaluate fundraising strategies, including peer-to-peer and planned giving.
• Assist with new fundraising initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate across the organization to support fundraising priorities.
• Assist with foundation and corporate fundraising activities as needed.
