Job summary

Water Street Mission in Lancaster, PA seeks a Mid-Level and Monthly Partner Ambassador to build relationships with mid-level and monthly donors, fostering engagement and generosity. As part of the Advancement Team, you will implement donor programs, communicate impact, and coordinate outreach across phone, text, mail, and events to sustain essential resources for serving the community.

You will collaborate with staff to ensure messages reflect our faith-based mission and report on donor activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or ministry field.
• Minimum of two years in customer service or donor development.
• Knowledge or experience with Lancaster County Christian community is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM databases including moves management, reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Person of integrity with solid employment references.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategies for mid-level and monthly donor programs.
• Build relationships with mid-level and monthly donors via phone, email, mail, and events.
• Execute outreach plans that promote donor appreciation and engagement.
• Maintain donor contact and moves management records in the CRM and provide reports.
• Create systems for collecting donor feedback and strengthening donor support.
• Manage daily communication schedules and weekly call goals.
• Attend donor-related events and review activities for alignment with priorities.
