Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in fundraising, CRM, or nonprofit work preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-level donor portfolio (300–500 donors) with tailored engagement strategies.
• Execute 75+ donor visits annually with wealth-screened prospects.
• Develop and oversee donor cultivation and annual giving growth campaigns.
• Manage Giving Societies, recognition, and engagement across donor levels.
• Develop moves management and help transition donors to major gifts portfolios.
