Responsibilities

• Incoming Call Management: handle donor calls professionally and process donations per procedures.
• Outbound Donor Engagement: conduct thank-you calls, greetings, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships.
• Donor Relationship Building: build respectful relationships and trust with donors.
• Promote DreamMakers Club: explain recurring giving opportunities when appropriate.
• CRM Documentation and Donor File Maintenance: keep donor records accurate in CRM.
• Phone System Utilization and Documentation: use phone system with clear call notes and dispositions.
• Team Collaboration and Coaching: participate in meetings and training with a focus on quality.
• Cultural Awareness: demonstrate respect for Native American culture in interactions.
• Schedule Adherence and Reliability: maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as needed by Mission Advocate Supervisor.
