St. Joseph's Indian School is seeking a Mission Advocate to professionally handle donor service calls at the Sioux Falls Center. You will share the Mission of St.

Joseph's while respectfully engaging donors and maintaining accurate CRM records. With training, a hybrid remote work schedule is possible, rotating between office and remote work, and the role is non-exempt. Reports to the Mission Advocate Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal, written and listening skills for donor interactions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow procedures.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming donor service calls professionally and accurately.
• Conduct outbound donor engagement and occasional fundraising calls.
• Build donor relationships through active listening and clear communication.
• Explain recurring giving opportunities when appropriate.
• Maintain donor records in the CRM with timely updates.
• Use the phone system and document call outcomes clearly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness of Native American community.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adherence to schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
