Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound donor engagement calls, including thank yous and follow-ups.
• Build donor relationships through active listening, clear communication, and mission advocacy.
• Promote recurring giving opportunities and explain benefits to donors.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM and update files as needed.
