Paws With A Cause is seeking a part-time Advancement Assistant to support the Advancement team with administrative duties and donor communication. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and friendly customer service to donors and volunteers.

The position offers 20 hours per week at $17–$20 per hour with flexible days and hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with donor CRM systems like Raiser's Edge NXT are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in fundraising, nonprofit operations, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to advancement team leadership, including scheduling, minutes, and materials.
• Respond professionally to donor inquiries by phone, email, and mail.
• Prepare and distribute donor acknowledgements, tax receipts, and donor notifications.
• Support database management and gift entry with accurate donor records.
• Coordinate fundraising events and maintain attendee records.
