Job summary

Vitalant seeks a Donor Recruitment Training Manager to lead and optimize enterprise training for the donor recruitment function across the organization. You’ll shape learning strategies, onboard new hires, ensure operational readiness, and drive performance development to strengthen workforce capability.

This role requires cross-functional influence and strong project management. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in training and donor recruitment, plus experience in sales enablement and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in training, learning and development, donor recruitment, sales enablement, or a related field required.
• One year developing and conducting training programs required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of donor recruitment training programs.
• Drive learning strategies, onboarding, operational readiness, and performance development initiatives.
• Partner with field and organizational leaders to improve employee performance and donor recruitment results.
