LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. in Anniston, AL is hiring a Donor Recruitment Representative to recruit donors through outreach, events, and community partnerships.

You will coordinate blood drives, engage the public, and share donor impact stories to inspire action and build a steady blood supply. The role emphasizes strong communication, goal orientation, and the ability to work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and LifeSouth driver eligibility requirements.
• Consistent and reliable transportation.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• CDL holders preferred; additional compensation available.

Responsabilités

• Partner with local businesses, schools, and orgs to set up and coordinate blood drives.
• Engage with the community through outreach, events, and social media to recruit donors.
• Educate and motivate individuals to donate blood by sharing stories and impact.
• Achieve recruitment goals to support hospitals and patients.
• Follow through on donor leads and build lasting relationships for repeat donations.
