Job summary

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. is hiring a Donor Recruitment Representative in Florida. You will engage with the community to recruit blood donors through direct outreach, school and business partnerships, and events.

The role focuses on educating prospective donors about the life-saving impact of donation and meeting recruitment goals to support hospitals. Ideal candidates are energetic, persuasive, and organized, with experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; CDL holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit blood donors to buses and centers through one‑on‑one interactions.
• Coordinate blood drives with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Engage community via outreach events and social media to raise awareness and recruit donors.
• Educate and motivate individuals about the impact of their donations.
• Meet recruitment goals and build relationships to encourage repeat donations.
