Job summary

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers in Gainesville, FL seeks a Donor Recruitment Representative to engage communities, schedule blood drives, and grow donor bases. You will build partnerships with businesses, schools, and organizations to maintain a steady blood supply for local hospitals and patients.

You’ll recruit donors through conversations, events, and presentations, coordinating drives and projections to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, positive attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to schedule and rebook blood drives.
• Manage assigned blood drive accounts and develop new partnerships.
• Recruit donors through conversations, events, and presentations.
• Plan and coordinate blood drives toward monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Coordinate promotional materials with Marketing and recruitment staff.
