Job summary

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. in Gainesville, GA seeks a Donor Recruitment Representative to energize communities and drive lifesaving blood donations.

You’ll partner with local businesses, schools and groups, organize blood drives, and engage the public through events and social media. You’ll educate potential donors about the impact of their donations, hit recruitment targets, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat giving.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license; also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver’s eligibility requirements.
• Must have consistent and reliable transportation.
• CDL holders preferred; additional compensation available.
• Two years of sales or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to set up and coordinate blood drives.
• Engage with the community through outreach efforts, events, and social media to recruit donors.
• Educate and motivate individuals to donate blood by sharing stories and the impact of donations.
• Achieve recruitment goals to support hospitals and patients in need.
• Follow through on donor leads and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat donations.
