Job summary

Children’s Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) in Stamford, CT is seeking a Development Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support to the development team. You will process gifts, issue tax receipts, and maintain donor records, while helping plan and execute fundraising events.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative or operations experience in nonprofit/education/mission-driven settings.
• Working knowledge of a CRM or donor database; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Some experience with event planning or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Gift Processing and Database Support: process donations, issue receipts, update donor records.
• Events and Volunteers: provide logistics support for fundraising events and coordinate volunteer opportunities.
• Administrative Support: process expenses, support team meetings, and assist the CEO as needed.
