Job summary

Schoke Jewish Family Service of Fairfield County in Stamford, CT seeks a Development Manager to oversee fundraising operations, donor relations, and data-driven processes. This role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and drives structured gift processing, reporting, and stewardship activities.

You will manage donor records, acknowledgments, and campaigns while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and program staff to grow donor revenue and impact across Fairfield County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years in development operations, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience with donor databases and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gift processing, pledge tracking, and donor records in the CRM.
• Coordinate acknowledgments, receipts, and personalized donor communications.
• Manage data extracts for campaigns, outreach, and stewardship activities.
