Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting and counting incoming mail for caging facility prep.
• Prepare and distribute Daily PTV Mail Statistics Report.
• Process and mail donor acknowledgment letters (IRA and non-IRA).
• Enter and validate transactions in the CRM and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform QC of daily web donations and mailed checks in Rapid Entry.
• Maintain donor records and integrity of donation processing.
