Job summary

First Baptist Dallas in Dallas, TX seeks a detail-oriented Direct Response Coordinator to join its mission-focused team. You will work with the Manager to track and fulfill donor actions from direct marketing campaigns in real time, handling mailings, donor records, and donations.

Key tasks include preparing mail statistics reports, processing IRA/DAF donations, entering transactions in the CRM (Aegis) and Rapid Entry, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across donor data.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to analyze data to identify errors and causes.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting and counting mail for shipment to the caging facility and support donor processing workflows.
• Prepare and distribute donor statistics reports, including IRA/DAF and high-dollar donations.
• Process donations routed through the CRM (Aegis) and enter transactions into the CRM database.
• Perform quality control of daily web donations and mailed-in checks in Rapid Entry.
• Maintain donor records and ensure integrity of donation processing and acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with PTV Manager of Direct Response Processing, PTV Customer Service, and Finance & Accounting
• Perform other duties as assigned.
