Job summary

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Operations Coordinator to support gift processing, acknowledgments, pledge reporting, and data management for our donor database. The role collaborates with the Director and Associate Directors of Philanthropy Operations to ensure accurate data health and efficient operations.

You will help with donor/prospect research, input new data, and provide administrative support for communications, meetings, and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of administrative, development operations, event coordination, or nonprofit support experience; CRM or database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process donor gifts timely and issue receipts/acknowledgments per IRS standards.
• Maintain donor/prospect information in the donor database; support prospect research.
• Provide administrative support for the Philanthropy Operations team, including meetings and trainings.
