Job summary

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Coordinator to support the donor operations team. You will handle gift processing, acknowledgments, pledge reporting, and data management to ensure accurate donor records and program integrity.

The role involves supporting CRM/database activities and coordinating staff trainings, contributing to efficient operations for our philanthropic initiatives in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of administrative, development operations, event coordination, or nonprofit support experience.
• CRM or database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process donor gifts and issue receipts/acknowledgments per IRS standards.
• Maintain donor/prospect data in the donor database and support data health.
• Provide admin support for the philanthropy operations team, including training coordination.
