Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Donor Insights, you will implement personalized journeys, manage production plans, and ensure high-quality, compliant donor communication across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing donor journeys and marketing automations.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization.
• Familiarity with fundraising and philanthropy communications.
