Job summary
Heifer International is seeking a Donor Lifecycle Engagement Strategist to design and optimize donor journeys, automate email experiences, and coordinate cross-functional engagement strategies across Marketing and fundraising teams. The role reports to the Senior Director of Donor Insights and Integrated Engagement and supports a Hybrid Engagement Model with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience with donor journeys and digital fundraising.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize donor journeys across channels and platforms.
- Lead lifecycle and journey design for designated donor segments.
- Collaborate with Philanthropy, Digital Marketing, and Analytics.
- Ensure QA, accessibility, and delivery quality for journeys.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
