Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in donor data management or development coordination in a nonprofit.
• Experience with CRM systems and generating reports.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit/food bank sector and fundraising processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update donor databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
• Analyze donor data to identify trends and opportunities for increased engagement and fundraising.
• Collaborate with the development team to create and implement donor cultivation and retention strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on donor activities and fundraising efforts for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for donor-related initiatives.
• Respond to donor inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance donor satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of donor engagement strategies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in donor data management and fundraising activities.
