Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, analytics, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in donor data strategy and marketing operations.
• 2+ years of team leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor data strategy and development across surveys, audience selection, scoring, enrichment, fulfillment and activation.
• Oversee donor insight programs and guide maturity of advanced offerings like predictive modeling and next-best-action activation.
• Ensure donor data solutions align with client goals and comply with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform campaigns and donor journeys with data-driven insights.
• Lead the team in survey execution, reporting quality and actionable insights.
• Direct data hygiene, enrichment and fulfillment offerings to maintain high data quality.
