Job summary

Lighthouse Vision Loss Center in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Donor Cultivation Manager to expand philanthropic support. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and move donors from engagement to ongoing giving while coordinating with the CEO and Business Development Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• CFRE certification preferred.
• At least three years' experience in donor cultivation or related fundraising work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with new organizational and individual prospects.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective donors and funding partners.
• Develop and implement a planned giving program and steward legacy gifts.
• Coordinate meetings among prospects, the CEO, and the Business Development Director.
• Serve as staff liaison to the Board committee and track donor activities.
• Use Salesforce to manage donor lifecycle and reporting, including post-award activities.
