Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit/communications.
• 2+ years in nonprofit development or donor relations.
• Strong written and oral communication to convey mission and impact.
• Organized and metrics-driven with comfort working toward goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of base-level donors with retention and relationship-building.
• Perform donor outreach via calls, texts, emails, video meetings, and handwritten notes.
• Identify upgrade potential and support moves to mid- or major-donor levels.
• Document donor interactions in HubSpot and track key metrics.
