Job summary

The Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center in Denver is seeking a Donor Development Manager to build lasting donor relationships and drive philanthropic support. You will manage a portfolio of up to 150 donors, identify cultivation opportunities, and execute personalized solicitations.

The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, stewardship, and close collaboration with the Chief Development Officer and program staff. Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of frontline fundraising experience.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of frontline fundraising experience.
• Ability to cultivate and close individual gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tell the JCC story.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of up to 150 donor relations, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts in the $1,000–$10,000 range.
• Develop individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies and maintain ongoing donor engagement.
• Lead and close gift solicitations in partnership with the Chief Development Officer.
• Record moves management stages and gift activity in Salesforce; report progress regularly.
