Qualifications

• 3+ years fundraising experience with emphasis in annual fund or donor relations.
• Ability to close gifts of $5,000+ from donors.
• Experience creating and managing donor communications and engagement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead mass and targeted donor appeals and analyze effectiveness.
• Develop donor-centered content showing impact and retention.
• Cultivate and steward a 50+ donor portfolio with $1,000+ gifts.
• Execute moves management to solicit qualified donors.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to craft unified donor messaging.
