Job summary

Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center in Denver seeks a Donor Development Manager to steward a portfolio of up to 150 donors, advancing gifts from $1,000 to $10,000 through personalized, face-to-face engagement and strong relationship building.

You will work with the Chief Development Officer, maintain records in Salesforce, track moves, and collaborate with programs to connect donors to the JCC’s mission while helping grow a culture of philanthropy.

Qualifications

• At least three years of frontline fundraising experience.
• Proven track record of cultivating and closing individual gifts.
• Ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with donors and volunteers at all levels.
• Comfort with direct, in-person solicitations, including significant gift asks.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of up to 150 donor and prospect relationships.
• Develop individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies for each portfolio member.
• Lead and close gift solicitations, partnering with the Chief Development Officer on larger asks.
• Maintain accurate, current records of all portfolio activity in Salesforce.
