Job summary

The Hecktman Family JCCs of Chicago in Northbrook seeks a Development Associate to join our fundraising team. You will activate participants, ambassadors, and future donors to support our wide range of programs.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, you will expand volunteer opportunities, cultivate new donors, and develop strategies to solicit and steward gifts up to $2,500, including pipeline development and leading the staff giving campaign to foster a culture of philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fundraising experience.
• Experience in donor relations and pipeline development preferred.
• Ability to activate participants and ambassadors to cultivate donors.
