Jewish Family Service of Colorado seeks an Annual Giving Manager to focus on donor cultivation, solicitation, and pipeline management for annual fund donors. The role reports to the Director of Development and supports events and campaigns.

You will be based in Denver with a hybrid schedule possible; in-office duties require coordination with the Development team and engagement with donors across multiple sites. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a strong commitment to equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in marketing or related field.
• 4–6 years in development, fundraising, annual giving, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of JFS and funding priorities to articulate a compelling case for support to donors and partners.
• Grow donor pipeline through acquisition, retention, and gift upgrades.
• Manage relationships and pipeline of gifts and event sponsorships ($1,000+).
• Conduct prospect research, meetings, donor stewardship, and solicitations.
• Identify and solicit legacy commitments in collaboration with Legacy Giving Advisor.
