Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to grow the Builders Circle donors and the monthly giving program. You’ll manage a donor portfolio, execute personalized cultivation, and support the major gifts pipeline to increase lifetime value and sustainable giving.

Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive fundraising or development experience.
Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, steward, and grow a donor portfolio.
Strong written and verbal communication with donor-centered relationships.
Experience using donor databases/CRM to manage portfolios and analyze trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the Builders Circle and monthly giving programs.
Manage a portfolio of builders circle donors and prospects to meet annual goals.
Coordinate donor outreach, stewardship, and recognition plans.
Collaborate with teams to create meaningful donor experiences and events.
Monitor donor metrics and adjust strategies to drive growth.
