Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of gift processing or donor data entry experience.
• Understanding of IRS regulations for charitable contributions, GAAP standards, and AFP ethical guidelines.
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and record charitable contributions accurately and promptly in Raiser's Edge.
• Develop and maintain policies for gift processing, data integrity, and acknowledgments.
• Generate donor acknowledgment letters and receipts per standards and law.
• Regularly reconcile gift records with Finance and reporting systems.
• Monitor data quality and proper coding of gifts, campaigns, funds, and appeals.
