Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training required.
• Two years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to development or improvement of policies, procedures, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer the end-to-end lifecycle of gift agreements and donor restrictions across systems.
• Maintain central archives of gift documents in CRM and shared drives.
• Coordinate distribution of gift and fund details to internal and external partners.
• Support deposit reconciliation and data quality audits.
• Administer and optimize the online giving platform and ensure data integrity across systems.
