Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead gift and records team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate data inputs with multiple university offices to ensure data quality.
• Oversee gift processing, valuation, and donor record maintenance per policy.
• Lead monthly financial reconciliations with CRM and financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, CASE standards, and SAM.
• Develop and implement CRM enhancements to optimize workflows and reporting.
