Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
• Two years of administrative work involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation.
• Knowledge of charitable giving policies, IRS rules, CASE standards, CSU guidelines.
• Experience with business processes, SOPs, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and organize workflows.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and administer the end-to-end lifecycle of gift agreements and donor restrictions.
• Maintain archives of gift agreements, MOUs, pledges and governing docs in CRM and drives.
• Coordinate distribution of gift/fund details to Tower Foundation and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee non-scholarship funds and donor communications across divisions.
• Administer online giving platform: add funds, update receipts, manage permissions.
• Ensure donor intent and financial mappings are reflected across systems.
• Research ambiguous transactions and coordinate resolutions across systems.
• Process inter-entity transfers and adjustments for timely fund movements.
• Support weekly/monthly/year-end deposit reconciliation and audit logs.
• Manage pledge reminders and coordinate updates with fundraisers and donor relations.
• Update constituent records with biographical, relational, employment, and demographic data.
• Coordinate requests, troubleshooting, and communications in team inboxes.
