Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donated Goods Processor to help sort and grade donated items for sale across our Retail stores in a fast-paced environment. You will follow standard operating procedures to meet production goals while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math/reading skills, and strong communication. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable attendance to support our mission of helping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following agency and departmental procedures.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary.
• Consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks and instructions.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
