Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Atlanta, GA seeks a Donor Specialist for our Northridge Store. The role processes donations, serves guests, and helps meet daily production goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Strong math and reading abilities.
• Clear English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across multiple Goodwill ADC locations within territory.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and guest‑oriented attitude.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues per SOP.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate effectively with management when needed.
• Follow training materials, playbooks, and instructions.
• Maintain neat donor door/ADC area.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
