Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Donor Specialist to process donations and prepare items for sale. This full-time role requires accuracy, speed, and a people-first attitude as you work with donors and staff.

You will sort donated goods, provide donor receipts, assist with loading and unloading, and adhere to safety and quality procedures. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade donated goods for resale.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in donor area.
• Provide donor receipts and answer questions.
