Responsibilities

• Follow current standard operating procedures for donation process.
• Greet donors within 15 seconds of arrival.
• Accept donations and provide receipts, digital or physical.
• Keep donation area clean and organized, ensure safety.
• Sort donations and coordinate with sorters for smooth workflow.
• Load and unload company trucks and prepare items for processing.
