Job summary

Feed the Children is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Donor Engagement Owner) to be the first point of contact for donors, delivering exceptional service and representing the organization’s mission. You will answer calls, address questions, and drive donor engagement while promoting current fundraising drives.

The role focuses on creating a superior donor experience, maintaining professionalism, and achieving service targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment, or 1+ year customer service experience with relevant education/training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email, and provide outstanding service.
• Promote fundraising campaigns and communicate Feed the Children’s mission to donors.
• Own donor engagements to ensure first-call resolution and a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate data entry, respond within 2 hours when possible, and uphold attendance standards.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a high-quality donor experience.
