Job summary

Feed the Children is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (Donor Engagement Owner) to join our Global Experience Center. You will be the first point of contact for donors, delivering exceptional service and promoting fundraising drives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer service, preferably in a call center. Hours are Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 am–12:30 pm, and compensation is $18.50 per hour in USD.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service in a call center environment OR 1+ year customer service experience with relevant education or training.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a high level of courtesy and service.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from donors and customers, resolving inquiries and questions.
• Promote current fundraising drives and communicate Feed the Children’s vision to donors.
• Aim for first-call resolution with outstanding service, never saying “no” or asking customers to call back.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, products, services and promotions.
• Achieve high quality experience scores and meet service level goals.
• Escalate issues as needed and perform related duties to support donor engagement.
