Job summary

Feed the Children Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative (Donor Engagement Owner) to be the first point of contact for our donors. You will answer calls, communicate the organization’s vision, and promote fundraising drives to secure donor support.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred). Hours are Monday through Friday, roughly 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service in a call center environment OR 1+ year customer service experience and completion of university, college, technical, vocational or specialized course.
• Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a culture of fundraising and stellar customer service by “OWNING” the engagement and meeting all service experience requirements.
• Ensures the overall “EXPERIENCE” each donor or potential donor receives is second to none.
• Maintains professionalism and etiquette while displaying a strong desire to meet goals and raising funds for long-term organizational sustainability.
• Continually maintains a working knowledge of our programs, products, services and promotions.
• Maintains 90% Quality Experience Scores on all engagements and ownership of service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws; maintain accountability standards to donors.
