Key duties include donor engagement, material handling, trailer loading, and maintaining efficient workflow to support production and store replenishment. A flexible schedule is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as trained.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with backroom responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a GREAT donor experience by greeting donors and providing receipts.
• Receive, unload, and move donated goods following safety guidelines.
• Operate material handling equipment and keep backroom organized.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
