Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate in White House, TN. You will greet donors, manage donation processing, and move goods through backroom operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and high-quality donor experiences.

The role supports production and store replenishment, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior nonprofit or retail experience is a plus; bilingual skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with backroom responsibilities and operations.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines, operate in a fast-paced environment, and lift/move donated goods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing receipts, and offering excellent service.
• Support backroom operations by loading/unloading, staging, and moving donated goods safely.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping, follow procedures, and keep equipment and areas organized.
