Job summary

Lexington Rescue Mission Inc. is seeking a part-time Development Coordinator to handle daily gift processing, collaborate with receptionists to send timely thank-you letters, and coordinate with the Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator to recognize gifts and donors.

You will ensure donor data accuracy in DonorPerfect, generate reports, and process gifts-in-kind while helping to maintain strong donor relationships.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in business administration, marketing, or related area preferred.
• A minimum of three years of related office experience required.
• DonorPerfect or other CRM experience and donor data processing.

Responsibilities

• Process daily gifts, scan checks, and input data into the donor management system; prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain donor records with high accuracy and update information.
• Develop and run reports in DonorPerfect; reconcile monthly data with accounting.
