Job summary

Savers, Inc. is seeking a GreenDrop Site Attendant to provide friendly donor service at our Bel Air location. You will help accept donations, assist with loading, and keep the site organized while upholding company values and safety guidelines.

This hourly role requires weekend availability and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Training will cover donation handling, data entry on an iPad, and teamwork with the truck crew.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with donors and colleagues.
• Willingness to work on weekends is required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing outdoor work.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner and collect donations.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload items from vehicles.
• Record donor information on a company iPad.
• Support donation pick-ups with the truck driver.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site and stock room.
