Qualifications

• Pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and offer assistance to all customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and reject non-acceptable items professionally.
• Determine usable donations according to guidelines.
• Accurately track donations according to management standards.
• Maintain proper staging of donated goods and assist with workstations.
• Ensure donors are greeted promptly and donations are handled with care.
• Keep the donation area clean and organized.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Assist with store operations and cross-training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
