Job summary

Horizon Goodwill in Maryland is seeking a Donor Greeter to warmly welcome donors at the store donation area and provide outstanding customer service. You will assess donations, guide donors, and educate the public on our mission while ensuring a safe and organized donation flow.

You will greet within 10 seconds, assist with processing donations, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the donation area. The role involves light lifting, teamwork, and adhering to policies and paperwork requirements.

Qualifications

• Determine usable donations according to guidelines.
• Track donations accurately per management standards.
• Maintain organized donation area with safe handling procedures.
• Follow safety and security procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities
