Qualifications

• Must pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the donation area with courteous service.
• Determine usable and saleable items per guidelines for donations.
• Accurately track donations according to management standards.
• Maintain proper staging of donated goods and assist with workstation maintenance.
• Provide donors with exceptional service and manage a clean donation area.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure orderly hangers and racks.
• Follow safety, security, and store policies, including opening/closing tasks.
• Receive and verify merchandise from warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in training and cross-training as assigned.
