Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years related experience; education may substitute for experience per policy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage internal and external constituent inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate processing of contributions and maintain donor database integrity.
• Review data quality and produce ad hoc and regular reports.
• Assist with gift and pipeline data analysis and reporting.
• Support prospect identification, portfolio management, and gift officer processes.
